Qurient approves ₩100 billion shareholder rights offering - Yonhap

Qurient Co., Ltd. (115180) approved a rights offering to raise about ₩100 billion, Yonhap reported Friday. The company plans a public sale of any shares left unsubscribed by existing shareholders after the priority subscription period.

Qurient said the proceeds will cover operating funds and other stated financing needs. The report was based on a company disclosure released on September 4 by the KOSDAQ-listed drug developer.

The company's market capitalisation was ₩0.9 trillion at Friday's close. The announced financing amount is about ₩100 billion, and existing shareholders receive the first right to subscribe.
