Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (047040) opened a model home for a 1,438-unit project in Cheonan, Newsis reported Friday. The Dujeong Station Prugio Grand Peak complex will include ten residential buildings.
The buildings will reach 35 floors, with homes ranging from 59 to 114 square meters. Special applications begin September 14, followed by first-priority applications on September 15 and second-priority applications on September 16.
The company's market capitalisation was ₩6.9 trillion at Friday's close. The winner announcement is September 22, and contracts run from October 5 through October 8.
