GS Engineering & Construction Corp. (006360) plans a 499-home apartment project in Busan, Newsis reported Friday. The Yeonje Gallery Xi development will use the company's updated Xi brand and contain only 84-square-meter home types.
The project will reach 43 stories. Planned amenities include a Kyobo Book Centre lounge, fitness club, golf practice area and guest rooms with hot tubs on upper floors.
The company's market capitalisation was ₩2.9 trillion at Friday's close. GS E&C said the development will be the first Busan project to use the Xi brand updated after 22 years.
