Doosan Fuel Cell (336260) disclosed on Friday that a previously confidential 20-year maintenance contract is worth ₩35.3 billion. The agreement covers a byproduct-hydrogen fuel-cell power plant operated by Ulsan Eneroot No. 2.
The company signed the agreement in September 2025 and deferred the price for commercial-confidentiality reasons. The disclosed value excludes VAT and equals 8.57% of Doosan Fuel Cell's 2024 consolidated revenue.
Doosan Fuel Cell will receive service fees quarterly. The contract runs through October 14, 2046, which is 20 years after the maintenance service is scheduled to begin.
The contract value equals about 1.2% of the company's ₩2.9 trillion market capitalization at Friday's close.
The filing says the price and term may change as the project proceeds. The customer has not provided an advance payment.
