Industry participants requested shorter permit procedures and fewer repeated reviews for construction projects already working through the approval process. They also sought financing for viable projects and smoother access to loans for homebuyers' interim and final payments.
The prime minister said ministries would review requests for immediate action and follow up on issues requiring further discussion. The company's market capitalisation was ₩2.8 trillion at Friday's close.
