Ecopro HN Signs $15 Million Idaho Emissions Equipment Contract

Ecopro HN (383310) signed a KRW 20.97bn (~$15.06m) emissions equipment contract with Hoffman Construction, according to its August 24 filing. The equipment will be supplied to a project in Idaho under an August 21 agreement.

The order covers catalytic equipment for treating perfluorinated compounds. The filing identifies Hoffman as the customer but does not name the ultimate facility owner.

The contract represents 14.9% of Ecopro HN's (383310) FY2025 consolidated revenue on file. The stated value is fixed consideration, with no separate conditional amount.

Payment terms call for 20% after the purchase order. Another 55% follows completion of design drawings and final confirmation of site delivery.

Ecopro HN (383310) said it could not verify officially disclosed customer revenue because Hoffman is a private, employee-owned US company.

The remaining 25% is payable after commissioning and performance testing. The contract ends July 30, 2027.
