HYUNDAI MOTOR CO Launches Ghana Mechanic Training Investment - report

HYUNDAI MOTOR CO (005380) launched a vehicle mechanic training program in Ghana on Thursday, Dailian reported Friday. The company and the Korea International Cooperation Agency will share the ₩5 billion cost equally through 2030.

The partners will build two training centers and add hybrid and electric vehicle courses to existing instruction. Plan International's Korean and Ghanaian organizations will run the local program for young people and teachers.

The program includes scholarships and internships alongside employment fairs and business training for participants seeking to start companies. The company's market capitalisation was ₩78.5 trillion at Friday's close.
