Doosan Fuel Cell (336260) disclosed a ₩45 billion maintenance contract with Ulsan Eneroot No. 2 in a Friday filing. The company released the previously withheld contract value and sales ratio after lifting the agreement's confidentiality restriction.

The agreement provides 20 years of maintenance for fuel cells at a power plant using hydrogen produced as a byproduct. Service fees are payable each quarter without an advance payment, and the disclosed contract amount excludes value-added tax.
