Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (000720) proposed its THE H brand for Seoul's Mokdong Complex 10 rebuild, Yonhap reported Friday. The company submitted the name THE H Mokdong ESER and disclosed the plan on September 3.
The project would replace 2,160 homes with 4,248 homes in buildings reaching 40 floors. Planned construction spending is about ₩2.61 trillion, according to the company's proposal.
The company's market capitalisation was ₩13.3 trillion at Friday's close. Hyundai E&C said it is working with architecture firm Morphosis and design group Sasaki on the proposal for 4,248 homes.
